"the front desk staff was great. very friendy, suggest things to see, places to go, places to eat. any questions i had about languge were answered with explanation to help me understand. really a great staff. really nice to stay where you are treated so well. "The hotel is at the city centre. So it’s so easy to get around (near to shopping malls, markets, attractions, restaurants; car rides are convenient). The plethora selection of breakfast menu is also excellent and well thought of. Room service is swift and efficient."

"Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking."
