"Very clean and comfy room with windows we could open. Very nice coffee/tea/cocoa service in the mornings! Nice bathroom amenities. Soap was wonderful for the sink and shower! Very very central there in Banff where we were able to walk everywhere! Lovely walks along the Bow River nearby! Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but nice area on the roof!"

"Being connected to the Canoe property gives you access to all the extras without the price. Great location right by the Roam bus stop and all the pickup locations for the tours."

"Towels were scratchy and poor quality. Most of the food in the morning was not hot. Carpet in the room where dogs are allowed does not make sense. Someone entered our room and may have taken our good shampoo. No Do Not Enter signs were available. No fresh coffee was provided. Only a machine that produced poor coffee and looked old."
