"The place was as advertised. The contactless parking and check-in were easy and convenient. Location was excellent for walking access to downtown Banff, nearby trails and attractions. The staff were friendly, the rooms were recently renovated and clean. I would stay here again, my girlfriend and I had a great time and were very comfortable. My only gripe is the steep price, but it’s Banff and you have to expect to fork out the cash to stay in a convenient location."

"Rooms are extremely outdated. The couch and the carpet need some cleaning . The fridge was too small. So if you have small kids and want to buy fruits it may not fit . The hot tub looks good , however it has a very strong chlorine smell. Probably good to stay one day or 2 , but not more than that ."

"1. I booked room for 3 nights in advance- their heater is on always and it can’t turn off. You are on your own. Fan is useless, we tried opening window, mosquitoes were coming through, it was really horrible experience. 2. They said in the request they will clean the room, we had to remind them 3-4 times at the desk and still room was not clean for 2 days. "Not updated at all. Free shuttle they offer only holds 4 people therefore it isn’t helpful at all. No elevator makes it hard to maneuver. Getting ice for our room was not easy and took several attempts. Not worth $750 a night. Would stay somewhere else more conveniently located with better amenities."
