"The Otter hotel is an absolute gem of a hotel. Our room was beautifully kept during our 5 day stay. The hot tubs were absolutely fabulous and a great way to start/end the day. The restaurant had great food, drinks and a fantastic atmosphere. The free bus pass that the hotel issues is a great perk. We used it frequently as it’s an easy, quick way to get into town and back. "Perfect rooms and area. Specially I got crazy about the wooden rooms and chimney. Just the restaurant staff were not that welcoming!"

"The hotel and restaurant were very nice. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We even got free bus passes to get around town. The prices were decent too. I would definitely consider staying there again."

"Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Small touches of decor made room feel like home. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Plenty of complimentary parking although we did visit off peak. Close to everything you need in Banff. Only downside was there was no laundry facilities in the hotel"
