"Ruby was amazing. Super accommodating, and made sure we had the best experience there. Hot tub was big and clean had both steam and sauna rooms. Place was very clean, however there were a few cosmetic deficiencies/maintenance issues that I'm sure will be addressed. They were minor and did not distract from the experience, just noticeable. Parking was available and reasonable priced."

"My room was amazing! We were upgraded to a room with a kitchen & balcony with a view! My room was clean & looked brand new. Front desk staff were so nice & accommodating — late check out due to having a Moriane Lake Tour scheduled, was able to park in the parking garage before I checked in and after I checked out."

"Location is everything and this property is close to Restaurants, shopping, tour pick up area, the staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast is typical. The only one thing that I’m not happy about this property is no air conditioning. I still highly recommend and if I’m visiting Banff again I’m definitely going to stay here."

"The location is convenient, especially with the availability of Roam bus cards, making it easy to get to Banff city center and nearby attractions. Room amenities are decent, and kitchenware is readily available, though you might need to wash your own dishes."

"Awesome hotel - on the opposite side of the busy part of Banff, but only takes about 20 minutes to walk into the center of the craziness. Great restaurant downstairs and has a nice hot tub on roof (can get busy). Very nice room and bathroom. Ideal location to get to bike path or get to highway to drive out to Lake Louise. Very easy (and free) parking - also had small balcony you can sit out and see the mountains."
