The room and hotel are basic and are a good economical choice for Banff. In room ameneties include coffee, fridge, shampoo, and body wash. The mattress is older, but other than that, the room was comfortable. It said parking was included, but there was no parking available when we arrived. We were told to park in a public parkade. However, you need to move your vehicle every nine hours. The location is the best!

The location on Banff Avenue was excellent. We could walk to stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The room was clean but the carpets could use replacing. The ceiling fan did not work but the front desk made a note. If you want an experience, this is not the hotel for you. If you want a clean bed and central location at a lower price, I recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and tidy and perfect for the price. No breakfast included, but all restaurants, coffee shop and shopping closeby. Front desk staff didn’t seem to know how to get to their own parade neither did they know if you need the key fob to get out of their parkade(you don’t). Place was OK. Had a Queen bed that was significantly grooved for each person sleeping in it….its time to get new mattress. .
