"We were booked in here by my travel agent after a flight was cancelled and ended up staying 3 nights waiting for a flight back to UK. The hotel is a 20min courtesy shuttle drive from BKK. Rooms are spacious and like the rest of the hotel, spotlessly clean. Staff friendly. Pool area fine. I would not describe it as a destination hotel - it is located on a busy dual carriageway in an industrial part of Bangkok. However when in the bedroom, there was no noise, so sleep not an issue. For the start and finish of a holiday, it is ideally located, though being an airport hotel, if you are planning to travel into central Bangkok, it would be a bit of a pain. Evening meals in the the restaurant had a wide variety of dishes. Breakfast was good with ample choice, though not as much choice as in other similar hotels we stayed in in SE Asia. Overall more than happy and would use again."

"Modern hotel, close to small shopping centre, ideal for short stop over. Great breakfast and good affordable restaurant with menu with many choices. Much better choice to dine, than food court at the shopping centre. Nice pool suitable for adults and children. Great place to relax. I can recommend this hotel even to fussy traveller. "
