"The complimentary breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. Exceptional quality food, wonderful ambiance, and features dishes from around the world (US, South Asia, East Asia, Europe). The only reason I'd ever come back is for the breakfast and view of Bangkok from the balcony (which is now closed off for safety). Other than the food, the room, carpets, and TV were old. The TV was small, often didn't work with the remote, and had limited channels. Carpets were quite old and I wouldn't walk...

"Overall, I loved the hotel. I had a River View room and the panoramic view of the skyline at night was amazing. The rooftop infinity pool is equally amazing. Depending on what your plans are, the location may or may not be convenient, but it was perfect for me. Having a shopping center and food court at the base of the hotel was very convenient. Pretty much anything you could want is there. I would definitely stay here again. My only point of criticism is that the front desk of occasionally...

"Continental breakfast 10/10. Staff member present to cook omelettes on demand. Air conditioner loud even on low but can be turned off for a few hours or you'll wake up stuffy and overheated. Overhead bridge to airport closed so shuttle service was full but staff worked hard to keep the airport transfers flowing."
