"Centara Hua Hin is just not the same nice place anymore that it used to be. We’ve stayed here numerous times since 1980/81 when it was still the Railway Hotel. These days it appears to be a bit too money-hungry. The main opportunity for improvement at this point is, in my opinion, to be honest with the guests and notify them in advance that there is a major construction project going on which eliminates the nicest pool and guests have to look at an ugly temporary wall instead. Offering rooms at discounted prices during the construction process would be another appropriate option. Because of these drawbacks it was probably our last stay at Centara"

"The hotel was good and reasonably priced, but Joe Kool’s Terrace felt overpriced. We found better food and value just outside the hotel for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet, though, was excellent and absolutely worth it."

"It’s ok, but only ok. Far too expensive for what you get and not a five star hotel. Cleaning was done after 5 pm almost every day same time we wanted to use our shower. Forgot some kind of towels every day. We had a pool villa and before cleaning it was way too many leaves all over. Not nice. Restaurant forgot our order a few times. But the most annoying thing was that there was absolutely no chans to get a sunbed by the pool our whole stay. "

"What a magical place! This place is full of hospitality. It was clean, the rooms are big and spacious. The beds are comfortable. They have everything you need for adults, kids, and family’s. We visited the Spa everyday we were there. AU and SA give the best massages, facials and are most accommodating. AU gives the BEST Thai massages! You have to visit the spa and ask for these two. The food is great! The bar is fun! Would definitely go back! Highly recommend! "
