"good"

"The room was great. The staff very kind, helpful and accommodating. I'm very glad we chose the breakfast as it gave us an excellent start to the day. It was fun to be so close to the canal. We could take the boat to the Jim Thompson museum and pretty near to the Grand palace. The 53 bus takes you directly to Chinatown. Would definitely come back."

"I love this place because it has everything you need near the hotel including shops, cafés, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The prices are reasonable, and the overall experience is great."

"The hotel has a fantastic location because it’s right on the river with great views and somewhat on a “no outlet” area, so it’s relatively quiet. The hotel has great amenities and a the breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from. The breakfast buffet does get quite busy and crowded. The reason for the three star review is because of the cleanness of the room. I found hairs in the sink and shower. For the price of the stay, I expect spotless bathroom and room."

"The swimming pool area is well maintained and provided an eclectic atmosphere. I felt relaxed and feeling excited when in the pool."

"Breakfast had a good variety. Very clean rooms."

"The staff were approachable and will to help with all my iniquires despite their lack of English. The facility is newer and very clean"

"Good value hotel in great location in Bangkok"

"Excellent Breakfast lots of verity"

"期待していた宿泊でしたので、大変厳しい評価になってしまい恐縮です。　 お部屋の掃除は床のゴミが残っているのが気になりました。 お部屋の時計は、連泊しましたが電池切れのまま放置でした。 スタッフ対応は、個人差が大きいように思われます。　 スパは大変リラックスでき満足しました。　 ジムのロッカーの床には髪が沢山落ちているのが気になりました。 全体的に、前回のように満足できず残念でした。"

"As an Hilton F&B Director , working with the company for 10+ years …. This is by far the best …. Service , food … hospitality great ."

"Clean room, upgraded to the top floor which was lovely! Check in was smooth and everyone was so polite and kind. Gym had everything I needed and the garden pool was so lovely for the kids (poolside bar great for parents). Very excellently located with the free boar ferry. Buffet breakfast was definitely worth it. Always felt safe."

"Lovely hotel in Bangkok, well located to get the metro or grab to main tourist spots. Interior of rooms are a bit old but we only stayed for 2 nights so did the job. Breakfast buffet was amazing, would just recommend having more vegetarian options please."

"After checking out, I went to visit a temple and realized I had left my wallet in the room. I had almost given up, but Ms. Fong at the front desk was very capable. As soon as I spoke with her, she made several calls. Luckily, my wallet was found between the beds. Ms. Fong went with me to the room, where my wallet was still lying, completely untouched. I gave a small tip to the housekeeping staff as a token of thanks. In the elevator, I asked Ms. Fong how I could thank her as well, but she firmly...
