"Great stay at a very nice hotel for a very affordable price for the area! 15 minute walk to the main parts of Phuket old town. Lovely, clean pool and room cleaned every day with water bottles also given each day. Staff very friendly and can’t fault much. Cafe by pool also very good food and drink at affordable prices and residents of the hotel get a 10% discount. Thanks very much! "

"Det tog oss timmar innan någon av de taxis i Phuket kunde hitta till hotellet, ingen kände igen adressen och telefonnumret vi fått av hotellet var fel och de funka inte med gps. Hotellet låg på en liten bakgata och när vi kom dit ca 19.30 va de ingen som kom och öppna till oss utan vi fick stå ute och vänta med våra väskor i en mörk gränd, de kunde knappt engelska och förstod inte att vårt rum redan va betalt och när vi frågade om saker som tex wi-fi fick vi inga svar eller fel svar. Området...

"The room was very small only big enough for a bed, no seating area. The staff was gruff at check-in and out. I arrived back late the night before and brought a cup of tea to my room. This lady yelled at me about it and threatened me with additional charge. Mind you, there’s no signs anywhere that say you can’t. "

"The place is okay but looks nothing like the pictures it’s very much run down and needs a lot done to it once you’re there but I guess you get what you pay for?.. we had a situation in our room with ants there must be some kind of infestation because we couldn’t get rid of them no matter how much we sprayed the room with the ant killer they were everywhere in our clothes and the bathroom the kitchen!! We asked for a refund and was told to contact hotels.com as we booked through them when we did...
