Breakfast buffet is good with a nice variety every morning, including both Asian and Western selections. Nice rooftop bar, fitness center and pool as well. Coffee shop stays open late and offers a variety of food items. Highly recommend this property. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Bangkok. I arrived early and my room was ready 5 hours before check in which is such a great way to start a trip. I had a small issue with my room, but it was dealt with immediately and resulted in a benefit to me. The staff was great and the service excellent. Great location with easy access to a shuttle boat, BTS (train) and Grab cars and taxis. I would stay again!"
