The hotel’s right in the middle of the nightlife, but the room itself was quiet and comfy. The rooftop pool and sauna were a great way to unwind after a decent buffet breakfast with Thai, Indian and American dishes. For the price you really can’t go wrong, and I’d happily stay here again.

the hotel is very conveniently located next to the Gourmet Market of Emphere! this a plus as it is also easily connected to the BTS which is Phrom Phong. the concern i have with the room is that it smells.. the air somehow is not clean. the toilet bowl needs to be flushed in a manner where loads of water are wasted just to do a flash. no good.. i was lucky to have a quiet room. the house keeping was good. perhaps they should ventilate the room proper.

施設は少し古い感じがしたが、清掃はしっかりとされていた。ただ小さな虫が何度か出たので虫が苦手な方にはあまりおすすめしない。スタッフはみんな良い方だった。ホテルの目の前に新しいショッピングセンターがあるので、お土産などはそこで揃えられる。

部屋のシャワーが冷水のみでお湯がでない。 小さいゴキブリがたくさんいて気持ちが悪かった。 シーツは綺麗だった。部屋も全体的に綺麗だった。 テレビのリモコンが壊れていた。

The location is absolutely amazing. Empshere mall is right across the front door. bts phrom phong is about 5 minute's away. There were some minor issues, no hot water, safe not working, phone charger not working and thr staff was very friendly and helped out immediately.

Nothing, our room smelled like oil paint, the shower had mold, outside room look like an alleyway, the wrong crowd hung out in the lobby. Our room was supposed to be a 4 star lol maybe it was 1 star at best. Looks like a rent room by the hour. We were booked for 2 weeks, but because the smell made my wife sick we notified Travelocity and hotel and move to a real 4.5 star hotel. beware!

My stay at the Arawana Regency Park was very, very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet and it was very convenient to many good shopping and eating destinations. Though the hotel is older and could use remodeling, it is well maintained and an excellent value for the price. When I left, I forgot my valuables in the safe. Before I could contact them, Ken, the manager, contacted and told me he had and would hold them for me to pick up. Ken helped me avert a disaster and I cannot thank him and the staff enough. If you stay at this hotel, you can be confident that the staff is trustworthy and extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

Außer dem Personal an der Reception kann ich nichts Positives finden. Zimmer war bis 16 Uhr nicht gereinigt hatte 2 Nächte gebucht wegen späteren Flug um nicht nach Late check out fragen zu müssen. Am pool gerade mal 3 Liegen die nie reichen , Dusche mit schlecht ausgeführten Fugen, Die Lage sprach mich auch nicht an. Würde hier nicht mehr übernachten, Ich hatte kein Frühstück kann dies somit nicht beurteilen
