Like another reviewer said, truely an oasis of quiet and calmness in a very busy city. All staff and customers very friendly and the location is fantastic just off of the main road. Very nice experience and I will stay again when in Bangkok.

If you enjoy Bangkok heat, yet wish your hotel room was slightly hotter than the street outside, this is the spot for you! All jokes aside, extremely nice staff, great location and the ac literally does not work, in a room with no windows.

The place is quite and clean and it’s only 10 min walk from Asok BTS. The pillows are not smelly compared to those much more expensive hotels near BTS. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only thing that is not good in my room is that the bathroom door can’t be closed. Maybe it’s broken.

Charming but more to be desired
Room is clean and charming as a boutique hotel. Only cash payment of 500baht is absolutely minus as 500baht deposit back on a departure date is not considerate and does.not.mean much travellers. Captured 11 mosquitoes for 3nights stay and resulted in 2 mosquito bites. One day, I was informed that a house keeping lady was sick, leading to no make up service not cleaning a rubbish tin. Management was poor as housekeeping service was included in the hotel price and should have offered a compensation or sincere apoogy with a reasonable explanation.

Size of the room is great. And the hotel is always clean, smelling fresh. The staff is super helpful and nice. Amenities are in good condition as well. The location is perfect and quiet, restful sleep for sure - a bit of a walk to BTS and MRT if you don't mind it but a lot of cabs pass by as well. There are interesting food places around and decent commendable massage places for Thai massage fix.

This is always my base when I come to Thailand. It’s always a great experience. Nice cozy hotel with amazing staff, always so helpful and welcoming. Close to Terminal 21 if you want to escape the heat, BTS asoke less than 10mins walking. Lots of places to eat around. Best place to stay in Bangkok.

Nice little hotel, however a little far from BTS
Slightly far from BTS station. Wifi was not stable & slow. No choice on breakfast. Room is clean & pleasant however the key card power enable unit having some problem and occasionally cut off power in the room even the card key was inserted into it.

I wont live this again.
The room have mosquito and flies that make me cannot sleep well at night. The bathroom cannot drain away the water well. You have to bath with dirty water. The refrigerator is totally not cold. Location is quite far from bts/mtr stations over 10 minutes walk. They over charge me the snacks when i check out but i didnt eat anything in room. And i feel a bit speechless that the plastic bottle water need to charge but the glass bottle is free. I drank the wrong bottle of water without any clear instruction when i checkin. In term of price and bed, it is good but overall i wont live this again.

Gutes Hotel zu vernünftigen Preisen
Bin bereits das dritte Mal im 'Aspira D'Andora' gewesen und werde auch nächstes Mal gerne wieder kommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft auch gerne bei evtl. auftretenden Problemen weiter. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Lediglich das Bett ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist es im Hotel selbst ruhig. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel zu einem verhältnismässig günstigen Preis, jedenfalls ausserhalb der Hochsaison.

Cute place
Perfect location for exploring city. Kept extending my stay. Quiet area. Cute clean rooms. Nice modern washrooms. Small hotel. Handful of rooms. The staff at the front desk really make the place top notch. They are very helpful and kind. Great communication. A bargain. Stayed at other hotels nearby in the same price range but this place I'd do much better.

The front desk staff is amazing. Lots of advice and made the stay perfect. Had suggestions, and called cabs for me. quickly to remedy any issues. Great location lots food options. Felt safe.great bargain.staffwas kind to my friends. Cute area to sit in relax outside rooms.cute small quaint .easy to find .

Close to BTS, but room comfort issues
I liked the location of the hotel a lot, but it's easy to miss when taking a taxi as it's down a little alley. Also, the air conditioning in my room couldn't be controlled so it was freezing as the temperature kept dropping in the evenings. On two nights, I even had to remove my hotel card altogether because it was so cold so I'd rather have no electricity in my room than freeze. The hotel staff couldn't do anything about it. When the AC isn't on, you can hear everything in the hotel - doors opening/closing, the elevator, people talking, etc. Probably wouldn't stay here again though I did like the location a lot.

Amazing price for that quality. Small room.
Great room. Clean. Modern. Good value: cost me less than $40 canadian all taxes and fees included. The room is little small. Not too far from Terminal 21. Very happy with it. Been to Bangkok many times. One of the best for the cost. Will go back.

Christmas travel
This hotel was convenient and located near the Terminal 21 which is interesting area of Bangkok. The hotel were very friendly and helpful to give aid whenever needed. My room was cozy and clean and I will stay there again on my return visit to Bangkok. Great places to eat only a short walk from the hotel.

舒適的環境
客房空間足夠，一般設施皆具備。冷氣夠冷。熱水稍為有點不穩定但問題不大且熱水夠熱。WIFI穩定。床墊稍微有點軟但床品非常軟滑舒適，趟著便不想下床。電插座位足夠。我大前提最講究床品和毛巾的清潔度，這裡的都非常潔白。職員很友善，離開時替我GrabTaxi，安排妥當，要特別謝謝Maria及門前的男服務生員。要說不足的話，就是回酒店的路有點不好走，尤其是拖著行李的話，因為巷與巷皆有高低台階，而且路窄凹凸不平兼道上多車行走。另外酒店房門開關的聲音很響。有一個早上6點半被按門鐘吵醒，找錯房門了，之後便不斷被隔壁房間搬行李、開門關門的嘈音吵得全醒了。不過，酒店其他方面都十分好，還是值得推薦的。

セキュリティゼロだが新しいホテル
新しいホテルで部屋はキレイ。エアコンの効きが悪く全開にして15分待たないと涼しくならないのと冷蔵庫が全く冷えない（誇張ではなく、本当に冷えない）点はマイナスポイント。チェックイン前・後のカバンを預けるスペースがパブリックエリアにあり、扉もなく預け証もないため、実質的に「フロント近くに置いておくだけ」状態である点もマイナスポイント。実際に私がチェックイン後に預けたカバンを10時間後に取りにいったときも、夜勤スタッフにレセプションは変わっていたが、特に本人確認をされるでもなく持ち出せたので、悪意がある者ならば簡単に盗むことができると思う。また入り口にセキュリティがいない点（いたからといって強盗等に対して活躍するとは思わないが…）、宿泊客でなくても部屋の扉前まで行くことができる点などセキュリティはゼロ。全室禁煙で、部屋で喫煙した人物がチェックアウト時に2,000バーツ支払わされているところを目撃したので、その点は評価が高い。

Great hotel. Best shower! Didn’t like that the bed was pushed against the wall on one side though. Despite this we have booked again for another night next month!

Would stay again.
New hotel with modern rooms. Room was as pictured. Location wise it was a short walk to Asok BTS station, and there is a convenience store across the street. The hotel doesn't have a dedicated room for leaving luggage - it was more of a nook off the rear sitting room in the lobby. Staff checked me in promptly. Minibar had adequate selection.

小而巧~舒適的公寓型房間~服務生態度很好
很舒適的房間~服務態度也很好 位子離BTS ASOK 以及TE21百貨公司走路約10分鐘左右，對常走路的人蠻容易適應，不愛走路的朋友可以花20元叫機車接送 房間隔音有一點不夠，晚上隔壁聲音會有影響
