The room is a bit vintage but super spacious and very clean. Cleaning service is done daily at no additional cost and they have a kitchen with appliances. It’s a great small apartment and the location is great.

The room was old, dusty, musky, even found a roach on the floor. The ceiling and walls had markings. The towels and bedsheets were clean, but it was hard to relax because of the state of the room. The staff were great. I didn’t get the chance to ask for a different room since I only spent one night and got to the room very late and tired, but I’d like to believe they’d be accommodating. That said, why have a room like that in the first place..

As other reviews mentioned, the room (apparently I was also given a free upgrade) looked rather aged, but reasonably clean for the amenities of interest, namely the fridge, bed, closet, and bathroom. I booked the hotel room with breakfast buffet, the variety was great, even for 5 nights stay and worth it! Always looked forward to it. The staff are polite and friendly. The gym including the treadmill is free for use, same with the washer+dryer laundry room. It's a short walk albeit with road traffic navigation to Lumphini MRT. I don't regret booking this hotel room at all and if there's a future return I might consider this hotel again!

Staff was beyond lovely and were all very welcoming. Only problem was the actual room left some to be desired. The photos are not accurate depictions of the rooms. Our room had hair all over the chairs, possible mold in the bathroom, big burn marks on the floor, and overall was very outdated. The area is nice but the road out front is very busy most of the day. We had a room that faced outwards and could hear vehicles all night. Overall the hotel is average, 3 star hotel.

The At Ease Saladaeng was amazing. We loved our room and its view, we loved the inside structure of the hotel, we loved the shower and bathtub, and we loved the air conditioning!!! It's in a perfect location and all of the staff were incredibly helpful with everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again anytime.
