This was the most terrible experience in my whole life. I complained to the hotel manager (female, short hair with Poker face) but situation seemed get worse. She and her staff then blacklisted me via personal phone. I expressed my concern that the act is infringe of personal privacy and was unlawful. Her staff further shouted at me to ahead with my complaints specially on point 4 below. To go along with the hotel’s wishes, I hereby disclose my experience as follows:
1. Weak toilet flushing: After my first defecation, I immediately flushed it away. Then I cleaned my backside using minimal paper followed with second flush. However, due to the weak flushing system, all defecations from first flush returned, floated and filled with the whole toilet bowl. The situation was disgusting. I had to keep apologizing to the house keeper to clean the great mess. The hotel told me that guests should only threw away the toilet paper in the trash instead of inside the toilet. The hotel’s request was not reasonable nor hygienic.
2. Crecking sounds specially in the midnights: I complained of regular sudden and persistent crecking sounds coming from the kitchen area of my room specially in the midnights and that greatly affected my sleep. The complaints were ignored. In the second night, I video-taped the creaking sounds (See attached: 7 videos). The hotel then initiated to offer me to change to another room.
