Dear Darren, Please allow me to firstly apologize for the experience during you stay with us. Please allow me to share the issue hotel facilities service, we provide hot water in front of lobby with microwave and free coffee or tea plus cookies 24 hours. Plus, our hotel provide smoking are at the courtyard pool firstly floor only, we are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience and disappointed causes.
