Wow!! I absolutely loved my stay at Oakwood! From the roof top Zodiac bar to the front check in. Everyone was so kind and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!! You can’t go wrong with this booking! The washer/dryer is an added bonus!

The staff were really helpful , hotel is clean , rooms spacious. BTS purple line is just down the road connects to everywhere in the city . Taxis are easily available and staff happy to help, take a hotel card with a location map and address in Thai if you're returning by taxi. Great coffee shop by bts called The Mill. Would definitely stay here again, wonderful staff.

We arrived early in the morning after a long ride out of Krabi, so we were way too early to check in. The reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. They offered to keep our luggage for us and allowed us to change and freshen up in the lavatory. The Skytrain station is right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The only downside of our stay was that the rooftop bar turned out to be booked for private events every night of our stay, so we couldn't visit it.

An OK stay.

Modern building, and appartment, but definitely not 5-star level, as advertised. Staff were polite and helpful. Pool was out of order during my stay which was not listed anywhere when I made the booking, and there was no TV in tje bedroom as per the photos. The apartment was basic, but the highlight was the big bed, which was really comfortable. Kitchen area and bathroom were a little tired. Overall a good short stay in BKK.
