This is my second time in Ramada, super convenient walkable to terminal 21 and to BTS in one minute. You get amenities you needed and staffs are always helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at Ramada. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. Food and room service is the best part of my stay. It is 2 min away from BTS Nana. So, it was convenient to go around the city using BTS. Breakfast has plenty of options and the place is very clean. Thank you to Jaturon for helping me with the airport transportation and V with the best Thai recommendation when I felt like eating outside. Overall it’s a good experience and recommend it.

Stay here if you like to be in the hub of Bangkok's entertainment district. Definitely is you're single or a couple and have an openmind. Don't stay in the area if you're bringing your family. This hotel has 2 separate buildings and I stayed at the detached rear building (looks like employee entrance) while check in is in the main building and looks a bit more updated. My room was huge (big as a condo apartment yet it was a studio). Rear building is quieter too

Welcome to the Shoe Box
Do not stay in a standard room. Photos on Hotels.com are misleading. The room is tiny. We have stay in over 100 prperties in Thailand and this is the smallest room ever. Hardly room to store your suitcase. The bed was next to a wall on one side. This section of hotel has a nightclub bar on the ground floor with pounding music till 4.am. Housekeeping was not done till after 5pm some days. Only positive was the friendly staff. This is not a 4 star hotel and should be reviewed. I requested and sent a revirw direct to the hotel but no contact.

Carpet on stairs stained and dirty. Tried to get a ride for three from airport to the hotel, when the taxi came it was for one and could not be used, I was charged $40.00 for this mistake. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good Hotel did not match the photos on the web site.

Stayed 4 nights. Clean, modern, comfortable. A/C worked great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there is a beautiful pool and rooftop bar. Perfect location for restaurants and nightlife, close to the Nana Train station. Would stay again.

Not what I paid for
Very unusual setup for a Hotel. I was upgraded to a low ceiling step up next to the bed room. Room had exposed wires showing and the bathroom was tiny and in need of a serious update This is a 2 star hotel at best.

So eine schreckliche Unterkunft haben wir lange nicht Bzw. noch nie gesehen! Wir haben ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bekommen, die Decke war relativ niedrig und ein Bad wie an einer Raststätte - keine gesonderte Dusche, sondern man hätte auf der Toilette sitzen können und gleichzeitig Duschen können. Nach dem duschen stand das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser (und das dann den ganzen Tag)! Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers kam uns ein muffiger oder schimmeliger Geruch entgegen. Da das Zimmer ja keine Fenster hatte lief die Zu-/Abluft permanent mit einem hohen Lärmpegel, allerdings hat diese nicht wirklich funktioniert. Wir kamen sehr früh bei der Unterkunft an und baten das Personal, ob wir etwas früher einchecken könnten, sofern das Zimmer schon bereit steht. Dies war möglich allerdings mit einem frechen Aufpreis, das fast genauso hoch war die das Zimmer für die eine Nacht gekostet hat! Auch die Bitte ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen war nicht möglich da das Hotel ausgebucht war. Absolut grausame Nacht dort verbracht - zum Glück war es nur eine!!

It was my fault really for a ‘ not so nice experience’ I chose a small room for one night and it was …. Small. It was also in a different block of the hotel and nobody told us. That was a bit out of order. I will still go back again but make sure I get a decent room

I was given small cell like room with no window and a 6 1/2 foot ceiling, faulty fire alarm that flashed bright white light every 3 seconds. Next day changed to room with window, small but ok. Good location but noisy with rap bar on first floor. Excellent staff helped with room change problem. If you stay here insist on room with window!!

Great location, comfy and clean room, walking distance to 7-eleven and terminal 21 mall / station. They have a nice skybar, safe area just consider is Suk area, lots of pedestrians and noise outside at all time. Didn't have issues with noise in the room.

On arrival was told the hotel was overbooked and my deluxe room was not available. Was offered a standard room and they would compensate me by including breakfast for two. The room was tiny with no outlook and when I came to breakfast was told it was not included. The yound lady at checkout was very nice and apologetic and the only good part of this stay.

Upon entering the room, I was immediately greeted by a strong pungent alcoholic smell, presumably from the cleanser or fragrance used. To my disappointment, the room proved to be dirty and infested with insects. Mosquitoes were flying around, and I discovered dead insects on the floor and even on the bed. Furthermore, the headboard was peeling off and clumsily glued back together. Despite booking a giant-size bed, I was provided with two single beds merged together, leaving an uncomfortable gap. Additionally, there were instances of paint peeling on the walls and ceiling, with the bathroom ceiling exhibiting signs of mold. My experience was further marred by the incessant noise emanating from a bar located beneath my room, disrupting my sleep every night. Moreover, the hot water in the shower failed to function properly. When I approached the reception to address these issues and request a room change, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked with no available rooms. However, no further action or communication was initiated by the hotel until 9:30 pm on the third day after I complained that dead insects throughout the room, including on the pillow even after the housekeeping. However, I declined the offer due to my imminent departure in the morning. I am disappointed by the slow response time and perceived lack of attentiveness to guest requests. I am disappointed by the poor room quaility, slow response time and lack of attentiveness to guest requests.

本館と別館と分かれているような作りで、7階のプールやバーでくつろげました。スタッフは笑顔で対応も良かったです。宿泊者は、欧米やインド系の方が多く、日本や中国は少数な感じでした。
