The hotel is perfect, clean, nice, big, and has a very good spa. You need to make sure that your room has spa access included, otherwise, you have to pay additionally to use it. We had to pay additionally and we didn't regret it. If you find malls a bit far from the hotel, they have a shuttle minivan to take you there. Right outside of the hotel, there are plenty of dining, coffee, and dessert options. There is a supermarket, beauty salon, and even an aesthetic clinic right outside. Probably from now on we will always try to stay here, it was very comfortable and pleasant.

Great Luz Hotel
We go to BK a few times a year and this was the second time we stayed at Kempinski Sindhorn. It didn’t disappoint. The concierge was extremely helpful, the room is spacious and spotless. The breakfast offered one of the biggest selections that I have seen! The food was great. Highly recommend.

Family of 4 in Bangkok
It’s an excellent experience to stay at different Kempinski where this one is a bit further from main shopping centres however they provide shuttle van that comes quite often. Apart from that, we love everything about the hotel, thank you

The hotel is excellent, however the bed and pillows are not comfortable. The location is great and they have shuttle service to the main attractions around the hotel.

We enjoyed the elegant decor and over the top amenities. The staff is amazing! Very attentive and polite. The quality of food left us lacking for nothing. Definitely will miss this home away from home.
