"Of the roughly 40 Bangkok hotels I’ve stayed at over 30 years, this is by far my favorite. My room was an excellent value: a very comfortable bed with perfect pillows, a fantastic shower with a seated area and consistently hot water, a large desk, a dining table, and a wonderful city view. The internet was fast—at least 40 Mbps—and I appreciated being able to connect my own device to the TV through HDMI. Room service was excellent; the food arrived with every condiment and detail needed.
Check-in and checkout were both exceptionally smooth. The bell staff were helpful, and everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly. I did not use the pool or eat in the restaurant, so I can’t comment on those.
The location is hard to beat for a luxury stay in central Bangkok. Terminal 21 shopping is directly connected, including convenient currency exchange, and the nearby BTS and MRT connections make it easy to get almost anywhere. Sukhumvit is busy, as expected, but the convenience more than makes up for it. Excellent hotel and outstanding value."
