"Citadines Berawa Beach Bali is a wonderful hotel. The property is beautiful with a main level pool and a gorgeous rooftop pool+ bar, it also has a great gym and restaurant for convenient dining. "This was like an apartment style stay, but a much more cooler experience. The suites are very nicely designed, spacious, and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive & accommodating with round the clock reception customer service. It’s also at a walkable distance from the beach & cute shops. We will definitely stay here again when we plan a trip to Bali!"

"We loved the room so big with plenty of room with a full kitchen and a water filter was perfect to fill up before heading out . The day spa was wonderful I had a pedicure was so relaxing. We were able to get a late check out which worked out perfectly for our late flight home."

"The staff was super friendly and apartment was overall very clean. The only challenge was there is no lift and our apartment was on 3rd floor. Okta was excellent helping us to checkin early morning 4am and also during checkout. I would recommend this apartment. The location was excellent right in the middle of Ubud centre and around tourist attractions so easy access by walk."

"The stay was ok.
Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned.
Beds were comfortable.
Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail.
We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season.
When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to...

"10/10 – Great place to stay. Good location, just one street back from the main street, so it feels quiet and secluded but is still close to everything. The staff were always friendly and helpful. It was exactly as listed, and I’d definitely stay here again if I came back."
