"Beds were adequate.The room had several areas that were damaged and needed attention. I took pictures. Breakfast was fine with a good variety. Hot tub was not hot and only 1-2 jets working at full force. For what we paid, it should seem that the room wouldn’t have damages and should have been fixed prior to having it available. Also do we pay for not using the room safe if we didn’t use it? It’s like the available mini bar in hotels, but you pay only if you use it. It could have been nicer...

"This hotel is on the outskirts of town and not in a great area. It clearly had low income extended stay guests. You had to ask the manager for coffee. What I liked was that it wasn't far from downtown Greely. McDonald's was right across the highway."

"Rooms are not clean at all… there was so much trash and gross stuff on the floor and the bathrooms were disgusting. The halls smell old and musty and wet… I felt cleaner camping in a tent than I did in their beds. might be better called the not so quality inn"

"Good location in terms of walkability to the college and places to eat. Found quite a few spiders through out the space in different rooms, and the sheets were dirty (brown stain on fitted sheet). Overall was clean otherwise."

"The front desk staff members are both professional and friendly (helpful too). The workout room is well stocked so that you could get a good workout in. (We did not use the pool.) Breakfast is probably a 4 out of 5 but we certainly enjoyed it. The location is a big plus for us. We have stayed here twice and will stay again in the future."

"For the amount of money we spent (around $200 for a room for one night), I expected something decent. This place is old and run down. No pool, poor breakfast choices, stains on pillows and walls, the room was musty, TV did not work, paint was chipping, etc."

"It was quiet, newer place, low in price but few amenities .. no hand towels, 1small bar of soap for use in both the sink and shower for 2 people. NO KLEENEX ! FLOORS in our room needed a good cleaning. Safe place to stay, no frills."

"The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...
