Also, had to sweat for one night since the electricity went out and there was no fuel in the generator. "The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge along with General Manager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all. It seems that The General Manager himself is very focused on cheating people and generating money from where ever he can. This...

"The property is new, so the facilities were very clean. However, the lights in the guest rooms and outside the door are very harsh and garish. Softer lighting will improve the ambience significantly. The bathroom set up can be improved, for instance the height of the towel rack must be reduced for ease of use and the water drain is very rudimentary, which can be upgraded. The food is excellent and the staff takes care to cook local cuisine, which is very commendable."
