"Very nice place at walking distance of the Crab market and restaurants. Right in front the ocean. Very nice swimming pool and garden. Very friendly staff. They don't offer lunch of dinner but there is plenty of restaurants with all options at 1 min walk. Breakfast is included though"

The daily breakfast was fantastic. The service throughout our stay was top notch. We will definitely stay here again when we visit this area in the future. "

"Great hotel. I just wish it was closer to the beach but its nearby Kep crab market. We got a 2 bedroom bungalow. Accommodated out family well. My wife and I got a separate room. Both rooms were very nice and clean. We did order room service. Food was good. We mainly ate the american food items and it was delicious. "

Tiny, dirty (plastics from the sea) and murky dark waters. Not usable at ALL. - else, I'm struggling to find any other negatives! Date of stay: April 2025, Villa D3 There's no good or bad villa - all the same. Get a motorbike and go to Kep, crab market, La Plantation pepper farm - go hiking. "
