"This hotel was exactly in the centre of Shenzhen, Seg Plaza is downstairs as well as every single electronic store you can think of including DJI etc, coffee bar, tons of restaurant that are walking distance. Location was 10/10. Also, the hotel staff were excellent, Victor specifically went out of his way to assist me with a package that I was having trouble receiving, he contacted the delivery company several times, added me on WeChat to inform me and update me on the package status and his colleague even helped me transfer the funds to the company as I was having some issues sending the money. They basically sent the money for me, and I sent it back to them. Amazing team over all, thank you Victor and the team ! Oh yea, and when the package arrived, they sent a robot to my room to deliver it, super cool ! When I return to Shenzhen, I will be staying at this hotel again for sure."

"Dear Hotels.com I wanted to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay. We paid for one of the higher-tier rooms, however the condition and overall experience did not meet expectations. The sofa in the room was ripped and visibly damaged, which was disappointing considering the room category and price. Additionally, the WiFi issues throughout both days significantly affected my work. Staff repeatedly suggested it was related to VPN usage, but we had already spent two weeks in China using the same devices and setup without any problems elsewhere. There was also confusion regarding breakfast service. Weekend breakfast was advertised as running from 7:00am–11:00am, yet on Saturday the service had already closed by 10:30am without any notification or explanation. Lastly, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes throughout the 10th floor, and it was so severe that the smell was coming into our room, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, this experience fell far below what we expected from Hilton, especially considering the room category we booked. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed. We want some money off this stay as this is beyond ridiculous. "

"Room was nice good view and spacious but very damp all the towels felt cold, damp and wet. Breakfast selection was small and food mostly cold and u appetizing and the club room was unimpressed and not worth the money. Gym was relocated due to renovation and not very practical. Staff was ok. Will not stay here again. "
