"Discovery Island Resort was incredible. The property was so chilled and tranquil. The room, pool, restaurant and the grounds were lovely and spotlessly maintained. But most of all the management and staff were wonderful. Toni and her team were always courteous and efficient...and made us feel welcome the whole time. Can't wait to stay there again. "Airport Shuttle was 250php and was pretty good value considering the alternatives. Skylodge hotel was ok. The rooms are minimal and the bar/kitchen areas were sometimes not manned. The staff I met were nice as is typical in the Philippines. Nice view but the walk up the hill was a turn off. Worth the money? If it you have left it late to book and all kithrt hotels sre full then sure. "

"Love this hotel. If you have mobility issues, I do not recommend you staying here, the staff was exceptional from front desk to housekeeping to the security officer. The proximity of this hotel to downtown is perfect. There are little convenient stores, souvenir shops, bar right outside and very accessible to public transportation.
