An older style property that had been updated with quality fittings and fixtures hosted by a warm and friendly staff that is eager to please. Limited selection of breakfast items but close to the downtown area and quite a few dining options within walking distance. We had a very pleasant stay and would certainly visit again. The only downside was a shortage of ADA accessable rooms and handicap parking.

The Main Street Motel was a great, afforable place to stay. Check in with the front desk was easy. Staff was very helpful and welcoming! The complimentary, all-day snacks and coffee came in handy; I had so many cups of blueberry coffee! The room was clean, comfortable, and has what you need. You can walk to anything in downtown bar harbor, and we did. The only time we got in the car was for Acadia, which was only a short drive away! Do not miss the sunrise on Cadillac!

The location of this motel is excellent. It is walking distance to everything downtown Bar Harbor. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby had breakfast items and water, which was very convenient for active days. The only strange thing was that I reserved two rooms and rather than them being near each other, the motel put them on opposite sides and down the hall so not as convenient as we had hoped since we arrived late. However, we enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely stay at this motel again.
