"I rented a room at this establishment last night around 11p.m. or so through Expedia. I had booked a single queen room for one night. When I arrived to check in I was promptly greeted. There was a bit of booking issues which forced a room change which wasn't a issue. I was asked to run my credit card for incidentals which is also very typical. However, my credit card was charged an additional 99.37 prior to my arrival. We spoke with Shana today who called the General Manager about the issues....

"This Hampton inn was a nice place in Casper and would definitely stay here again if back in the area."

"We booked a room for one nice. Upon entering the room it was clear that it was older which is not a problem as long as its kept clean. However this was not the case; the bathroom was nasty. The toilet seat has daily pee dribbles all over it, the inside of the toilet was dirty with floating particles of something. The inside of the shower was dirty. The floors were very sticky and the "grout" was some type of thick sticky black glue? The towels had hair on them and the sink was dirty with debris...

"The room was clean, staff were helpful."
