"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. "Very scenic location in the hillside facing the lake and castle. Easy walk to Arona waterfront for a nice stroll / ferry terminal or lunch & Dinner. The breakfast great and had dinner at hotel one night and food was perfect. Great wine selection too. We had a Balcony room and the lake / Mountain views were nice. Sunsets were beautiful. Sunrise if your up early faces right at the room. Easy drive to MXP airport too."

"The best thing about this hotel was the staff: lovely, helpful, welcoming, it was one of the best stays we’ve experienced. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and above all, our deep gratitude to the owner, Renzo. The hotel is right across Villa Fedora park and beach, and the view from the room was fantastic. Our room was clean and kept so everyday, breakfast was delicious (with lots of choices). Definitely recommend!"
