"STAY AWAY !!!! They are independently owned and operated. The hotel was not well maintained. The staff was terrible, unhelpful and no customer service skills. 1. They charged my card for a $100 "deposit" for 2 rooms. I had to dispute the charge to get it off. 2. There was no coffee in the lobby and the clerk said the Lobby restroom was "clogged". To use the restroom I would have to complete check-in and use the one in the room. 3 There was a sign post "no breakfast sorry for the inconvenience"....

"We stayed over the weekend for my son-in-law’s memorial service. The hotel advertised a pool and hot tub, so we took our grandchildren for a swim and hoped the adults could relax in the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t working, was blocked off, and had no water, with dead cockroaches at the bottom. The pool was so cold it couldn’t be used either. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool, and had we known it wasn’t functional, we would have chosen somewhere else. We thought...

"The whole reason we booked this hotel on July 5th is because it had a beautiful indoor pool. We get there and it is closed for maintenance! Who does maintenance in July at a hotel in Alabama?"
