"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Fantastic leisure facilities with access to the pool area. A little bit of luxury in the centre of York with easy access to transport, bars and restaurants. Already planning our next trip back!"

"Very friendly staff at check in and out. Decent sized room - clean, good shower. Good central location. Really bad sound-proofing - could hear regular conversations in full from room next door. We were woken up early in the morning by these, people talking in corridor etc."
