"Very convenient for the Airport and despite being so close a very peaceful night sleep ( and that's coming from a light sleeper!). We had an airport facing window which was great to watch the flight land and depart. Prices at the bar are not cheep and no local shops so come prepared if this is an issue."

"Generally, a very nice hotel of 4 star worthy. Facilities ie pool etc good. Room spacious, bathroom of good clean and a standard you would expect. Location excellent for airport. A fair walk to the train for services into Sydney. Overall, a good hotel"

"⭐ Expedia Review (concise, factual, practical) 4 stars — Convenient for an overnight stay near the airport Sunny Rooms Mascot is very convenient for an overnight stay close to Sydney Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, and access is easy with a door code emailed before arrival. Just note there is no front desk and no elevator. Our room was in the basement, so we had to carry our suitcases down a flight of stairs. The room was clean but basic, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked...

"The staff members are friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and it was a bonus to have a coin operated washing machine and dryer with plenty of washing powder available. There is a small supermarket, a chemists and other small shops adjacent to the motel. Regular buses stop nearby, including one to the airport. We would happily stay again."

"Great staff and very close to the shops and public transport"

"Room was ok, the shower was very hard to manipulate so ended up standing on the edge of a boiling hot stream of water. No room service which was disappointing. Coffee at breakfast not fabulous, recommend going for a long black and adding milk as it’s powdered milk in the machine. "

"I had a nice stay at this hotel the restaurant was great, food cocktails. The only negative I have is the airport shuttle I booked was nearly 20 minutes late. The staff had to call the driver twice."

"The room was clean but small & thd bed was very soft. We didn't know which doir to enter for the hotel so we ended up in the bar. We asked if they could order a taxi for the morning but said they do not do this service. They said we can search the companies & choose one of our choice. How are we to know a reliable taxi company? "

"O.k. hotel for one night while waiting for flight. Needed to use restaurant in hotel next door for dinner and breakfast. Looked like Ibis is under renovation. No other eateries or shops nearby. Very small bathroom with shower. Only one towel per person and no facecloth. Had 2 single beds, comfy but again, only one small pillow per person - real budget hotel."

"We got upgraded to the boutique hotel which was absolutely amazing in every way. Staff was very courteous and polite and area was fantastic every thing on hand."

"This hotel was just what we wanted. Close to train station, within walking to pick up our rental car, handy to lots of restaurants, supermarket and laundromat. Stayed here twice and would highly recommend. We will be back"

"This hotel is a good option for when traveling and needing a short term place near the effort, but the cleanliness is definitely an issue. The rooms are not clean - we actually had to wipe clean and remove stains around the room and even food left smeared on the coffee table. The rooms are spacious , but unfortunately the cleanliness is a concern. "
