"This roadside stop had the perfect vibe for me. The young man at the front desk could not have been kinder or more pleasant. He found me a room by the beautiful courtyard pool and when I got there a whole busload of teenagers had arrived to swim. I went back and asked for a room on the opposite side of the courtyard as I needed some peace and quiet, and he graciously obliged. These are the small things that really are the big things. Thank you for your flexibility and the human experience. You cared and listened. A rarity today. "

"The breakfast was mediocre at best. There was no milk for cereal and I was told that they didn't receive their breakfast delivery, but that they would certainly have milk tomorrow. I said, but I'm here today. All they did was say they were sorry. They also only had vanilla yogurt available, probably for the same reason. The next day there was still no milk or yogurt selection. How hard would it have been for someone from the hotel to walk over to Aldi and buy a couple of half gallons of milk? Flimsy paper plates with no rigidity that you might take on a picnic. But you'd probably use a plate holder underneath. Also, there wasn't a drain plug for the bathroom sink so if some accidently drops a piece of jewelry, a false tooth, or some other small object in the sink, down the drain it will go!"
