"The check in was an unpleasant start to the stay. It took us an hour to get our garage key (wrong code provided), get into the room and then park the car in the stacker. This included two trips to the car to unload our luggage and several calls to the staff for help. The staff member was so patient. Unfortunately the phone connection (Telstra) kept dropping out in the garage and later in the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, and was clean enough, although some of the bathroom...

"We stayed for one night and absolutely would stay again. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. We had a brilliant view from the 4th floor out onto the parkland below. Blockout curtains kept the room perfectly dark and it was so quiet. I wouldn’t have known we were staying in the middle of Melbourne. It was fantastic to have access to the food court downstairs (part of the royal children’s hospital) which made for an easy dinner option. Parking was available but took a bit to find a park...

"The breakfast and staff are always lovely. This was our second time staying and the room we had on the 4th floor was not great for sleeping in - unfortunately the surrounding venues/hotels had music playing until 3.30am that could be heard in our room (next time ear plugs are a must being a light sleeper). Also disappointingly the pool heater was not as good as last year - it felt cool to touch whereas last year it was warm.. just the little extras that make a hotel excellent."

"Clean room, new property. We stayed for 6 nights and house keeping was great. Parking is $30/night in their garage so factor that in. Street parking is available sometimes on weekdays but impossible to find on weekends."
