"Although the staff was helpful, the establishment was not what was pictured. The toilet in the bathroom didn't work. The pool, which is the main reason we booked this hotel, was not working. Neither was the hot tub. When asked if we could use the amenities, we were denied. I couldn't wait to leave. This was to be a fun filled weekend for my children at Busch Gardens."

"I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. It was a lot nicer than I thought it would be. Staff was so helpful and friendly. When I walked into my room, I wanted to do a happy dance. It was so wonderful. In the evening and through the night, never heard any noise in the hallway or other room’s doors shutting. It was nice and quiet. I will definitely stay here again. Did not eat the breakfast, but it looked very nice and smelled really good."

"The property was nice. The room was clean. When entering the room the temp was set high and it was a hot summer day so that takes time to try to cool off. I found the bistro to be misrepresented and the staff were difficult to order from and said they did not have items like water of all things and had a huge board advertising a special which the staff person said I don’t know about that only the manager does so we don’t have it. Parking is expensive be prepared to pay and not have a close spot....

"The room was comfortable. The outdoor pool is very nice. Housekeeping cleaned our room one day, but did not replenish coffee packets or cups. Trash was not emptied. The second day that housekeeping cleaned our room, trash was removed, but coffee supplies were not replaced, despite the fact that we had complained about that the earlier day. The toilet handle was almost impossible to move. Several times we needed to remove the lid of the tank to flush manually. In fairness, we did not report...

"The rooms are very basic, the bathroom is worn. All the room finishing is as cheap as could have been used and marginally executed. The beds are hard and the pillows are poor. It is cheap however, and the breakfast was good."
