"Nous avons séjourné au B21 durant notre voyage à Bari. Nous avons agréablement aimé notre séjour par le super bon service à la clientèle, les installations (piscine, restaurant), la propreté de la chambre ainsi que l’hôtel en général. J’ajoute aussi la navette gratuite privé de l’hôtel vers le centre ville de Bari qui est très agréable ainsi que le service de conciergerie que nous avons utilisé pour qu’ils appellent un Taxi pour nous vers l’aéroport très tôt le matin. Le seul point négatif que nous avons à mentionné est la qualité du service Wifi qui ne marchait pas très bien. Nous avions notre chambre au deuxième étage et lorsque nous étions sur le service Wifi, il n’arrêtait pas de se déconnecter. C’était dommage au prix que nous payons la chambre, d’avoir ce type de problème et surtout du fait que nous avions des données cellulaire limitées puisque nous voyageons à l’étranger. Mais en général, nous avions vraiment apprécié notre séjour au B21!"
HOTEL EXCELSIOR BARI – BY FARACE HOTELS

"Hotel Excelsior Bari is in a very good location just across the Bari Centrale Station. Apple and Google maps dont provide the fastest route I initiated had to walk a 15 mins up the stairs , going from front to the back of Bari train station. The hotel is clean, the room has good sufficient amenities for your needs, there is not view as it surrounded by residential and commercial buildings. The hotel staff has been really professional, friendly and supportive. I went to Matera for an overnight stay, they let me have my luggage kept at their left baggage area. For restaurants and places to visit at Bari, they been helpful too. I had breakfast buffet included with a good spread. The only thing I will feedback is the 2nd night when I return from Bari, the next room was quite noisy, there was a large travel group from Globius , the couple staying next room turn up the Tv volume and they talked very loud so I could not seep till 11 pm. I hope the hotel can do something about sound proof walls across each hotel room. Otherwise this is a great hotel with reasonable price to stay over."

"Lovely hotel but room 706 had a rock hard bed, black mold in the shower, and no hand cream in the dispenser. I alerted staff and instead of offering anything, they said “sorry.”"
