"The property needs some TLC as our room had numerous in-progress drywall repairs and towel bars were pulled from the wall, black stains on the grout in the shower. There was no A/C but luckily we didn't need it too much. The host was congenial and the bed very comfortable. The property is close to the airport.

"Cute and quaint. Close enough to the beach which was a 10 minute walk away. There are no staff in this location so asking for extra towels and toilet paper was awkward but the staff were very helpful and nice. The park for children is right across the street which was great for my 8y old and 6y old but the walls did not have sound proofing so sleeping at night was difficult for a light sleeper such as myself. Loved the town!"

"Everything was in good condition, even the TV was easy to program and watch. Staff was exceptional, and professional. It was refreshing to be on the receiving side of that. Oh, wait, breakfast was delightful! This party of four were absolutely pleased. We would highly recommend staying here to all our friends."

"We regret another reservation of ours could not be completed due to lack of uniform internet. We reserved, therefore, at this establishment as a last minute solution. Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here. "
