"We arrived late and although it was slightly complicated at first as we had to WhatsApp to get access to the building, and then had codes for the interior doors, once we were in we were very happy. The room was very nice, as was the bathroom and we were able to use the kitchen area as well. Aircon was very welcome to help with sleep. It was anlso useful to be able to log into our tv apps. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and we were able to leave our luggage all day before we collected it...

"The hotel is very close to the train station to the airport and it is right on the main shopping strip of some luxury items and a straight walk to old town Bari. The communication with staff is great. This was our anniversary and they were very kind to give us some suggestions which were great choices. They make sure you understand how to get to your room with a personalized video which is great for people tired from vacation. The beds are comfortable and a couple snacks and water are provided....
