A limpeza diária é muito boa e a equipe bastante atenciosa.
Ainda tem a piscina e academia do hotel e o restaurante.

"O quarto é aconchegante, quentinho e estava bem limpo, ótima vista para o lago. Serviço de boa qualidade, a dona é bem atenciosa e gentil. Bem localizado entre o centro e o Cerro Otto, perto de um supermercado e dois bons bares."

"Por la cancelación porque me dijieron que no habrian hasta la temporada invernal tuve que buscar otro de último momento y mucho más caro el cual me cobraron IVA y todavia no me entregan factura. Para que lo publicitan si no estaba disponible."
