The staff was amazing! Our room had a beautiful view with a huge balcony. The hotel was very clean and situated perfectly for Circuito Chico . The breakfast and dinner was also fantastic. Highly recommend this place for an amazing stay.

We loved this hotel. Pablo at the front desk is the best. Hotel is modern, fresh, clean, with good beds and nice linens. Breakfast was good and pool nice. Location near Circuito Circo is great ā€” and nice to be a bit away from the busyness of Bariloche. Good restaurants, hikes, Cerro Campanario are all close by! Enjoy! This area is gorgeous!!

I canā€™t speak highly enough for this hotel and itā€™s staff. We booked at the last minute after a debacle with an Airbnb. They were immensely, friendly and accommodating in any request. The rooms were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. They had a small business center and had an amazing spa with treatment rooms a beautiful heated pool a Jacuzzi steam sauna showers. Complementary breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good food at a good value. This was an amazing last-minute find I wouldā€™ve done better if I had prepared for a year.

After a long travel day from the USA, I arrived at this property. The hotel staff was remarkably hospitable and provided us with just the right amount of information. The property is charming, and the guestroom offers a touch of luxury in Bariloche. I highly recommend upgrading to the suite with the deck. The delightful view and the in-room hot tub/bath tub are a perfect touch after a long day exploring the mountain town.

Cabins not ok. We were 4 but the kids had to sleep in a couch thatā€™s is not for a bed. Very uncomfortable beds. Place is not more then 3 star ā€œhotelā€. Breakfast needs way more improvement. We move cabins because the water heater wasnā€™t working properly so we had no hot water to shower. Definitely will look another option for same price we can find way better place. Gustavo at front desk was very nice tough.

Hidden gem in my opinion.

Great hotel, staff are friendly, willing to assist and a resouce of information. The room was clean, large and confortable. It isnhspwing a bit its age but nothing to render it less than excellent. The gem is the pool and small gym that overlooks the partialy obstructed view of the lake. The restaurant well breakfast was fresh every morning with a full selection of fruitz, hot eggs, sausage and pastries. Dinner selections are extensive for such a small area.
