"The property description is not right. I booked one bedroom for 3 people. Normally there is a sofa bed . However there was none and property charged 40GBP per night for rollaway bed. 5 days out of 8 there was only one lift working for a hotel of hundreds of rooms. Internet is very slow and guest Internet is only for Bonvoy members"

"The property is located in central area which walking distance to public transportation, restaurants and sightseeing locations. The apartment was very clean and quiet. There was air conditioning and kitchen facilities. The staff were very polite and willing to offer assistance. I sure would like to stay there again."

"Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. They have fans, but the window only opens a tiny bit, so couldn’t get the cooler air in overnight. Being able to open the window more would help this a lot! Otherwise,...
