After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. "Beautiful grounds and building. We stayed in the chalet and room was good. Parking and use of the pool should really be included in the price in my opinion. Beer from the fridge was not cold at all. Location good for getting into Cambridge though and would consider staying again"
