"We stayed for 10 nights at Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden and found the hotel to be perfectly adequate overall. The location was excellent and the room was comfortable and functional for an extended stay. Having a kitchenette was especially convenient. That said, there were a few things that kept the stay from being exceptional. We frequently had to ask for basic supplies such as toilet paper and facial tissues. "The rug was very dirty. Otherwise it was generally clean. Room service didn’t clean when we had requested even though we double requested on the front desk. Nice central location with tube close by."

"The room with the kitchen was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a 9 day stay. The location was a block away from the Natural History Museum and a block away from the Gloucester tube and shops. I would definitely stay again."

"It was OK but not great. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. Kitchen was functional, although not having a coffee maker was a significant downer. Washer worked however had talk to the office staff to get a drying rack, there is no dryer. The biggest issue was the filthy carpets in bedroom and hall. These should be replaced with vinyl flooring. I made sure we kept our socks on at all times. Also no checkout instructions, despite asking twice, so left keys in flat. Will probably...
