"The other reviews aren’t exaggerating, the rooms are quite small but nice and clean. Visited during a heatwave and they do not have ac, but they do provide a fan for the room. Very nice to have the few kitchen appliances and amenities that they did."

"Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning."

"I have stayed here before, and would recommend it in general. What I did not appreciate were the repeated check in messages that said action needed, click to pay. I had already prepaid through Expedia. The hotel is part of a chain called Numa, and Expedia and Numa seemed to be jockeying for info about check in. Annoying. Staff were great. A/C was great. Especially during the heat wave. Bathroom was very clean but wood floor was not especially clean. Some kind of nuts or seeds were present."

"Very helpful staff. We were able to store our luggage after our stay until we had to depart for the airport. The view of the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and the The Shard were particularly impressive at night. Sub-20 minute walk across Tower Bridge to Borough Market for a variety of sweets and treats, as well as The George Inn (London's last surviving galleried coaching inn with excellent fish and chips), alongside immediate access to the Tower of London. "Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...
