"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Awful hotel, Awful experience The images on the website are a lie and the hotel DOES NOT look like this. The rooms are completely run down, Basic to none amenities in the room Rooms are old dirty and dated Housing keeping does not come daily to change towels Staff unhelpful Homeless people sleeping outside the steps of hotel. This is known to be the worst hotels in Liverpool by the taxi drivers"

"Great stay, thanks! Great, convenient location steps away from Matthew Street and the Cavern Club and just a seven minute walk to the docks and Mersey Ferry. The mod-decor is gorgeous with lots of art posters, photos and Beatles related paraphernalia throughout; additionally, the Beatles lounge-cafe (off reception) is a cool place to relax and drink it all in. My room on the 3rd floor, facing out was comfortable and spacious for a single, with a Nespresso machine (upgraded for that), a big tub, and, great light-👍 The staff was excellent and helpful. Shout outs to Nathan: many thanks for your extensive professional help and information on Liverpool; as well as, for kindly booking my airport taxi; to Will, James, Sneha, and Emma, Faith, Lexie, and Amber: thanks for everything. Thank you, Eric, for telling me about the Cook Street bus which turned out to be perfect. Many thanks to the rest of the staff at the front desk for all your warm hospitality. I highly recommend a stay here for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool, especially, if you’re a Beatles music fan."

"Generally a very good stay, but we ended up cutting the trip short as the room was not clean (there was food debris under the bed, from previous guests, that my son reached and put into his mouth). We decided not to stay there for our 2nd night. In general, the hotel was in a good condition and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location next to some amusements, mini golf and a good children’s playground. We had dinner which was good food, and the buffet breakfast had a great selection and good quality. It would have been a 5* stay if not for the food debris under the bed. The rest of the room was clean and the middle of the day refresh had the room and bathroom tidy. The bath we had was an excellent size too. Plenty of room for me (5’11) to sit in comfortably."

"We loved this hotel. It's in a great location close to the train station. The staff was really nice and allowed us to leave our bags early prior to checkin which was helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the fans kept us cool. The breakfast buffet was tasty with a lot of choices. We also tried the Sunday Roast at the hotel restaurant which was pretty tasty too. We parked a car on our second day and it was easy to park in a lot up from the hotel and the front desk validated our parking which made it free. We enjoyed our two night stay."

"I was disappointed with my stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Liverpool. The standard room was very compact, with very little space for luggage and only open shelving rather than proper storage. The bathroom layout was also a major issue. The sink is inside the main bedroom area, the shower cubicle is also within the room, and the toilet is in a very small separate cupboard. This open-plan bathroom setup was not made clear enough on Expedia, so it came as quite a shock on arrival. I would not recommend this hotel if you value comfort, luxury, or privacy when using the bathroom, especially if you are sharing the room with someone else. For the price, I expected a much better room layout and overall experience. Unfortunately, I found the hotel very expensive for what it provides, and I would not choose to stay here again. And take your own pillows!!! Thye are awful !!"
