One of the elevators was broken. The pool was closed. Three of the 4 ice machines I tried, did not work. My toilet was clogged and I hadn’t even used it yet!! And there were extra charges on my card. I was not emailed any kind of receipt. I couldn’t use half the hotel services, but still had to pay ...

Convenient location right off my road. Parking lot well lit. Staff courteous and professional. The facility is well maintained. Room clean and comfortable. Room temperature was cozy.
