Yes l did enjoy B.C.Very much and slept well at night in the hotel . staff were kind and helpful, breakfast s excellently precented .

Hot tub lid was difficult to put on and take off. Breakfast service was a little slow but food was lovely. We found lots of hair pins and grips in the floor from previous guests. The "leave me alone' sign wasnt clear that it was for putting on the door to avoid being disturbed, it was hanging on ...

First time staying in the hotel and it has seen better days. We booked 3 rooms and all were dated, dusty and not well cleaned

The property was ok you get what it says on the Tin Stay was fine people were friendly and someone go to sleep with parking. Lovely location to go for walks had a good stay.

The stunning Bowes museum is a must visit with a fantastic collection of paintings, ceramics and silverware. Great selection of small shops and places to drink and eat. Beautiful landscape.
Very vibrant town with lots to see, we rode through on our way home to Lichfield
The weekend we stayed 1940 themed weekend, whole community had got involved, shops, businesses, all dressed and decorated accordingly. Young and old had all participated lovely to see in this day and age real spirit of community.
The Bowes Museum is a hidden Gem
