The Grove Park Inn used to be a five star property. It’s a 3 at best today. We went to the GPI to celebrate my son’s birthday. Just to hit the high notes, the service from the staff was terrible. We had a great, stay. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that the elevator wasn't working and nobody told us we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs.
