"Our stay was brief but great. Our room was clean and the front desk staff was super nice. The man who checked us in upgraded our room. The included breakfast was basic but did the trick - my son loved the waffle maker! There’s also a Starbucks across the parking lot so that was a huge bonus get me!"

Hot breakfast choices on Saturday were much better than earlier days. I’ll leave it at that.
Our room was very tight. Not much room for movement, especially for a 3 night stay. We saw other rooms around us, and they had considerably more space.
A plus - the mini fridge was a decent size."

"I felt very welcome! I had a pretty rough journey into Springfield, but they started my trip off on the right note. I felt like I got real hospitality, and they were very helpful in terms of helping me orient to the town and figure out where things are. The room was even more spacious than I thought, I thought I got a room for one but it could have effectively housed a small family. Breakfast was great! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling through Springfield."

"The good things were the clean room and the great breakfast they served other than that I won’t be returning here. The beds were hard as a cardboard box a week back home and still aching horrible for a long stay, and the parking people are lacking common sense taking up two parking spaces when the property does not have much to offer on that. Housekeeping were some rude as they were stand in the hallways while cleaning and gossip to where we could hear all and evey business they spoke about and...

"Always friendly staff. In the years I have stayed there I have never had a bad experience. Only thing annoying is the parking situation. For the first time, I had to park in the overflow parking down the street, Walking distance about 3mins from hotel, wasn't a fan. Everything else is great. Beds are super comfy.
