Although this property is listed on Expedia as having air conditioning, we were given a room without one. During an extreme heat wave, providing only one portable fan for three people across two rooms was entirely inadequate. "The cottage is in a great location close to Main Street and the harbor. Easy parking at the cottage and it’s in a walkable area. Decor is cute and nautical, but it does feel like the cottage is missing a few things. It sleeps 4, but there is not enough seating for 4 in the living room. An additional comfortable chair would be nice. A stackable washer and dryer would also be great, but there is very little space for anything- we even had trouble finding spots for our luggage. "Spacious interior, new appliances, comfortable beds. Overall seems it is not ready to be rented out, needs MUCH more attention to make it a comfortable space. Disadvantages: has a cabin type smell, right off a very busy road/not walkable area, loud road and train noise (high speed train directly out the backyard area), sparsely furnished (no actual kitchen table), no living room coffee table, deck and backyard totally unusable/rundown. "Great family resort. Our grandkids loved the indoor pool and outdoor amenities. There were a couple of small issues but Kevin and his family were on top it, apologetic and fixed the issues quickly. Our cottage was very clean, well appointed with what we needed for our group on a 4 night stay. This family takes great care to make you feel welcome and comfortable."

"We were so pleasantly surprised on how wonderful the house was when we arrived. I have to admit, I missed an email regarding the combination lock. The owner saw us arrive on her camera and was able to get us into the house. Inside the house, it is set up so perfectly. Everything we needed was supplied from kitchen supplies, games, washer and dryer, and beach equipment. There were 6 of us and we were so comfortable. The beds were very comfortable.
