"I booked Nova Hotel JFK through Expedia based on the photos, which looked decent. Unfortunately, the actual experience was very different. The room was clean, but extremely basic to the point of feeling uncomfortable — metal bed frame, bare walls, and an overall atmosphere that felt more like a cell...

"Did not travel w:pets, use pool or gym so can’t comment. One issue is that bathtub is very slippery & if grab bar wasn’t there it could have been a bad outcome instead of a sprained back. From now on a rubberized bath mat will be pack in suitcase"

"I was told after all the time I stayed at the nova they no longer provided toothbrushes. The room service guy know me and bought me a toothbrush with my extra towels. I love the Nova I can’t wait til the rooftop lounge opens up."

The staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations in the area. I will definitely be staying at this location again!! "
